Nightmare! No Payout! Cashback doesn't track and 3 confirms orders but doesn't provide order numbers in format topcashback demands (although 3 says there's proof enough), so can't even submit untracked claim and topcashback refuse to help.

Over 3 Months and still no cashback. I read the reviews on here before buying and knew there could be up to a 3 month delay, but in contacting Top Cashback and 3, I still have yet to get answers on where my money is at. Top Cashback blames 3, and 3 blames Top Cashback, and I am the screwed over customer. Buyer beware.

ONE STAR* When Three was previously on TC they refused to pay me cash back twice of £180. Only reason back then I took the contract was due to cash back as it made it cheaper then what was available. After a few more weeks topcashback took them off their website and now I have just used them (big mistake) again same reason will make contract cheaper then what’s out there with the cash back and again the transaction hasn’t tracked. This time I will not be hoping for the best and will cancel the contract on the 10th Day!

Purchase failed to track & TCB won't query missing claim with Three for 3 months. Mobile service with Three seems OK - shame they fail to honour tracking more promptly.

Tracked at £165 then £0 and says completed so failed to give cash back TCB please act on this situation, it is your reputation as well as 3 that is suffering. There are 100's of complaints for this deal on the internet and no response from yourself, wake up and sort it out

Cashback registered quickly at the £110 expected. 3 days after receiving the product (SIM card) it has gone to '£0' and status 'payable'. 3-mobile say they have not altered the order in any way at their end. Where/why has my £110 gone ???
