Doesn't track, took over a year of going back and forth saying my order didn't exist...WELL funny that because i pay £35 a month direct debit! Don't bother wasting your time, their customer service is AWFUL

Got a message saying 'Unfortunately, your order was interrupted because of a system error.' Got a call from the Three call centre, but they wouldn't promise to match the online price. Appalling.

I have fallen victim to Three's cashback twice. After submitting my online order, the order fails and Three promise to call you to complete your order. This invalidates the cash back. I am beginning to wonder if this is on purpose to entice customers without paying out...

Submitted cashback claim on the day of SIM order in February 2018. Three refused to pay out, and missing claim was submitted in May 2018. As of April 2019, cashback is still unpaid despite my provision of every possible detail to prove the original order. Shambles.
