I bought this product based on the positive feedback from other cashback members. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I ordered nine blinds of which I discovered three were faulty. The gliders were not sited properly. They immediatley disbatched new frames which is the only positive in this shenannigans. Of these three two were faulty and had to be redispatched. Unfortunatley we have discovered a further faulty frame taken this to six out of nine of the originals and on one window the lengths of the blinds varies and needs replacing. I have also spent a week wating for the company to call be back after I complained via e-mail. This has turned a long awaited improvement into a nighmare and I will be asking for a full refund.

Sorry but not impressed at all. Bought blinds in conventional way through website with promise of cash back and after months months of waiting, they tell me that the sale was not according to their terms and conditions and that any claim will not be paid. Since I am in the dark over what I have I have not complied with, at a loss to understand their excuse. Be wary of tbis one.

Good service, was slightly worried after reading some reviews online. Blinds took 2 weeks to arrive (they were roman) but I'm happy with the wuality and the price paid.

These blinds were delivered extra quick to the North of Scotland. We did have a problem with loose connections at the top of the blinds but the firm sent some fixings and we had no problem after that. Cashback appeared as pending and then confirmed soon after.

Not at all impressed that the commission claim was not initially logged. If this firm offers a cashback then it should take more care to ensure it is honoured as otherwise the whole exercise destroys the customer's faith in them, which is presumably exactly the opposite of the intention of the exercise
