Cashback didn't track and one of my items that I ordered was not received. Had to follow it up twice and was told it was out of stock - 2 weeks after I had ordered it. Not very good customer service :(

Tracked but still waiting nearly 4 months for it to be confirmed and paid and contacted TCB Customer Services who said they couldn't chase it up! Still got open case.
