	It's ok but... Used to be really good but recently getting a fair number of "Declined" to the point of asking whether it is worth doing it.

	Usually pay out but not always In my experience, Wickes usually pay out around 4 out of 5 times. I've been using TCB since they started and know exactly what needs to be done and stick to it religiously ie select Wickes on TCB and complete my purchase without leaving the site. However, every so often, seemingly, although not exclusively, on larger, multi-hundred pound orders, they claim TCB was not the last channel to their site and therefore declined cashback. Now I know this is not the case and they dont supply details of who they claim was the last channel, but there seems to be nothing anyone can do. It seems to be entirely at the discretion of the business in question whether or not they issue the cashback and it is by no means only Wickes who sometimes dont seem to play fair. But, that said, 4 out of 5 aint bad.

	Why do I need multiple order numbers to get my claim? Provided the only order number they gave me and they rejected my cashback claim because It 'couldn't' be found. I have provided receipts and was asked for an 'alternative' order number. I'm tired of these British trade companies never paying out cashback.

	Waste of time Failed to track, lodged a claim but was then declined by wickes for no genuine reason. 1st time I've used wickes for years and certainly the last time ever.

	Not impressed with Wickes First time I've ordered from Wickes through TopCashback and the order didn't track. It showed on my list of orders when I looked in Customer Service, but it never appeared on my Earnings page, even though all the order details were correct. TopCashback were very helpful, as always, but I'm not impressed with Wickes.

	Didn't pay Tracked quickly but then declined to pay after a month - can't be bothered to chase 10p. Product was significantly cheaper than the competition anyway, so don't really care.

	Cashback didn't track so raise raised the issue with TopCashback. Even though the order number and date was provided to Wickes they said they had no recollection of the order disappointing.

	I don't rate them. If you do click and collect, make sure they give you a receipt or they'll claim you didn't make the purchase. Wickes are happy to request a review of their products I didn't supposedly buy though.
