Awful customer service
Made a huge order of items supposedly in stock or available in 1-2 days. A few days later I get an email, one item is unavailable for 6+ weeks, so they expect me to wait that long for the entire order. Didn't even ask how I wanted to handle it. Replied telling them to cancel that item and ship the rest ASAP, no reply. Can't get through on the phone. Now I have to fork out for the order somewhere else and fight them for a refund because I have no idea what might arrive when and I can't let the renovations stop for 6+ weeks while I wait to find out. Absolutely ridiculous.
