Terrible, cashback did not track and declined request for missing cashback!
I booked my stay using the link to the website, my cashback did not track so I waited a few weeks and filed a missing cashback claim, which was originally approved and showed up in my pending cashback. My stay was just over a month ago so I was expecting the status of the cashback to change to ready to payout but suddenly it's been declined by the hotel? It wasn't even a small amount of cashback (over £150) so I am extremely annoyed!
