4.5 months and still nothing tracked and no response to tickets or nudges. ANOTHER high value purchase not tracked by TopCashBack...
DM are a bit vague on whether their diamonds are certificated at all, but on receipt - they're not. To get it certified I was quoted about £80 with another jeweller - odd DM don't offer that as an option if they trust the quality of their products. Also DM diamonds come with a valuation for insurance purposes but be warned, it is 4x the price you paid so your insurance premium will be much higher.

Used extra discount code from Topcash back at point of sale and received 5% discount when bought online. Plus tracked within 24 hours for further discount. Before I've even received my goods. Very good. Will update on when payment received..

Cashback was granted eventually, but my purchase was not ordinary so its understandable it took a while.
I bought a ring, exchanged it for another and the company even changed its name while i was in the process of a cashback support claim. But eventually after about 8 months I received a nifty bit of cashback on an expensive ring.
I bought an engagement ring from Diamond Manufacturers. I was unhappy with the style of the ring so exchanged it for the one my wife now wears. The whole thing was well organised and sorted with very little fuss (even the exchange was free and no questions asked). I would definitely recommend this website as being trusted, good quality and great value

My experience with Diamond Manufacturers was good. They were very helpful and customer oriented. Though the transactions are tracked the next day it would be better if the payments are made on time.
Would recommend this to everybody :-)

Recently bought a engagement ring. Service from vashi seems ok and the ring was as expected, however cashback did not track and was eventually rejected for the usual generic reasons.

Still no cashback more than 4 months after my purchase - very disappointing.
Still showing as pending with an estimated payment time of 8 weeks - more that twice that time has now past and no payment made. cant recommend this retailer on this experience.

I bought a product on 11/052010 and am still waiting for large cashback amount and it is now August. The purchase price is also incorrect. I have submitted an enquiry form to topcash back a long time ago and they have still not responded.
