pathetic stuff again. Terrible merchant - take 9 months to sort out missing cashback, and then can't even give a reason for the declined transaction. Very poor.

This guys are selling expensive items but delivering them as this is something from the flee market. Weekend Offender polo was dirty and vest had a line from cut knife. Very poor customer service.

Cashback showed & was paid promptly.Unfortunately item was faulty & customer services would not send a replacement until faulty one had been returned.Item was in the sale & had by then sold out.Not impressed!

Cashback tracked very quickly and for the correct amount even though i used a voucher code. Delivery was as promised and on time for 1 quid....although initial tracking over the first 48hrs after dispatch was not available. Product offered online was cheaper than purchasing the same item in store?? recommend

Product was fine and they paid cashback but I wouldn't shop online with them again. They charge £5.99 delivery or £2.99 even when they deliver to one of their own shops! Then if you want to return an item you can't take it back to a shop - you have to post recorded delivery at your own expense.

Last October ( 10 months ago ). The transaction did not track . Raised ticket, no discount code used, fully met retailers terms . Had response from TCB . Affliate is no longer working with merchant ! What this fully means I do not know . I spent £170 in this transaction . Really disappointed as I have USC log on so was able to prove in many ways the transaction

Ordered from USC twice this year, both times had issues with the actual products bought, and both times Topcashback has not even tracked the purchase!!! put a claim in for the first one and never had a reply, not gonna bother even trying the 2nd one, i give up with this company

Cashback tracked quickly but item arrived damaged, couldnt get through to customer services call centre for a few days due to them being closed as a result of the snow. Went to store for an exchange and item was out of stock, that same day in the evening when I went to re order the item online it was also out of stock there. I contacted them via email if they're getting more stock in, no response. My order value was £92, I think they should be a little classy like the other retailers and offer free delivery even if it is just a pound extra they charged why not? No free returns either *chuckle*.!.

Flipping hopeless. I tried five times to place an order. After entering card it kept returning the screen to my email address. I rang customer service 03442459218. They said register as a customer not a guest so I did that. It still would'nt work. So rang them again. They said so something must be out of stock.So I said well cant you see that on your sysytem. She said no, we are a pool customer services for many different companies so cant help. They also did not respond to an email I sent 4 days ago.

Refused to pay cashback. Not only that but they charge for postage, even if you get it delivered to one of their stores and they won't accept returns in store, meaning you have to fork out yet more for the return postage. Utterly hopeless!

Declined cashback for no apparent reason. Also unlike other online clothes retailers, returns / exchange of products must be paid from your own pocket. wouldnt shop online with them again.

disappointed! make the purchase, didnt quite spend enough for free delivery, so have to pay out a fiver for that. No codes or anything and they decline to pay! I thought the cashback would have covered some of the postage, but no! will not be ordering again!

Teenage sons love USC clothes!!!! Although i hate hate hate their returns policy. They do not do online refunds in store, and only by post as long and as you pay return postage! and if you purchase in store you are only entitled to credit voucher which I think in today's age and considering expensive prices paid for items is pretty POOR and does put me off from buying from them. I have made several hundred of £££'s purchases now through Top cash back and although they track, USC NEVER PAY OUT!!!!!

The current 20% off code (oxfordst20) worked for me and the transaction tracked on topcashback almost instantly. Now to hope the items are good and the delivery goes well.

This is the very first company who in 3 years has not paid the cashback due . No reason given, despite the order number and all information provided accurately . Topcashback sent me a message that the company won't pay and won't provide the reason why .
