	Takes a little time for cashback Like the previous review. We paid TR in January 25 for a holiday to the Maldives and returned from the holiday at the end of February 25. The cashback was paid late June 25. A little over the 12-14 week average but at least the cashback was honoured and therefore we would use TR again.

	Holiday to the Maldives was great, the cash back process was not so good! Travel Republic was very slow to pay out. Nearly 6 months after the holiday was taken before the money could be transferred to my account, which was nearly 8 months after the final payment was made.

	Really poor. Be careful Booked a holiday through Travel Republic in December 2023 for August 2024. No payment tracked so submitted a claim on my return. Today informed by TCB that as they have not responded, they are closing my claim and not paying any cash back even though all evidence provided. Really poor from both that they are still allowed to advertise cash back and can then just ignore claims until closed by TCB. Beware.

	20 weeks later - Still waiting! This is the 2nd time using Travel Republic and as previously, waiting well beyond the expected payout date! Booked in May 2024, travelled in October 2024. Had to submit a missing claim which was then accepted and went straight to confirmed in November 2024 and here we are in April still waiting! Travel Republic offer the best cashback rate/overall hotel price but after using several retailers on this site, I can confirm that they are THE WORST at paying out!

	Total scam I've booked hotel in Ibiza. Have been waiting 6 months for a cash back. Never received Cashback, they're refusing to pay the cash back, claims that my booking was cancelled which was never the case ! Simply liars

	It took nearly half a year to receive cashback .... But honestly I do not know if it was Topcashback team who delayed the cashback payment or Travel Republic

	No Payment Booked and transaction never tracked lodged a claim and Travel Republic stated “Terms and Conditions not met” so no payment as it seems a lot of other people experience the same or the few that are lucky receive a reduced amout.

	Still waiting almost 11 months later Do not use this retailer if you are doing it in part for the cashback. Im still waiting 11 months later even though the payment was confirmed months ago

	Slow but did payout Booked holiday 13/2/24 went on holiday 16/9/24 cash back tracked fine was sat in pending then marked as confirmed 6/10/24 but still not payable as of 7/1/25 TCB did advise 12 weeks roughly to be payable from 6th of October however, this 12 was exceeded support ticket raised yesterday and amount is now payable. Happy I have the money but very slow process.

	Terrible Service Did not track so had to use customer service then cash back declined - seems to be a trend that a lot of the higher amounts seem to decline for no reason!

	Booked months ago sat on ice and now waiting again Not sure now how long will need to wait. But wasn’t tracked at the time, has now been sent to travel republic a week after I’ve had my holiday could be months before I see anything.

	Took nearly a year but finally payable Transaction date 11th feb 2024 - payable 15th october 2024 For an estimated 11 weeks turnaround! Payment is incorrect but at least its something, think im missing about 40 quid of what i was expecting, but it is what it is, seems to be the way on here these days

	No payment My hotel stay ended early march 24, I am still waiting for Travel Republic to pay out on the £200+ that I am owed in Sept 24. It states it will be payable in 12 weeks. Topcashback should really stop having them as a partner if they are not paying out for the majority of claims.

	Every stage of the cashback process failed I've had 2 transactions with Travel Republic. Both had identical failures; cashback failed to track, had to raise a missing claim, eventually the transaction was confirmed, then nothing! I had to raise complaints with Customer Service who eventually paid out as a gesture of goodwill even though they themselves hadn't received the funds from Travel Republic. The only plus is the cashback received was a sizable chunk, so worth persisting with.

	I have now been waiting 3 months for my cash back and still waiting! Why does a company take your booking and promise a 10% or 5% cashback when they don't pay up, this is miss selling a holiday and cashback should stop dealing with them or pay up. I dont know why it takes so long for them to pay up, all other companies pay up 4 weeks after the holiday.

	Did eventually pay out I had to create a claim and keep on top of it but for a holiday booking that ended 26 Jan 2024, they paid out against it on 11 July 2024. Judging by other reviews that is quite quick for this merchant.

	2 years to get the money It took over 2 years to get my cashback for a holiday booking, persistence is key with this, but it should never have taken that long!

	declined Booked and paid for 2 bookings months in 9 months in advance, over £200 in cash back declined for no reason, these are not package holidays even when you book flights and hotels together, when you have problems with bed bugs they say sue the hotel no help what so ever, avoid.

	Very slow Booked holiday with Travel Republic via TCB 28 July 2023 for a December trip. Understand that the cashback would be not payable until the trip completed. However, then had to wait until May 2024 until the cashback was payable. They do notify a 12week wait for cashback but this well exceeded this and on top of the initial wait for the holiday to come around, seemed extreme. I am almost ready to book my next annual trip - but unsure I will book with Travel Republic - rates will have to be amazing. To say it was a disappointment was an understatement … Don’t know if this is holiday retailers generally or just Travel Republic ??
