	Doesn't always give the correct cashback as they advertise. And when you query it, you don't get a response even after waiting for months. Terrible service! But what can we do? We have already complained to TopCashBack and they are not pushing Royal Mint for a response either :( Disappointing :(

	Confused. Cashback amounts and calculations far, far too complicated. Cashback never resembles anywhere near the percentage stated.

	inconsistent - can go through system quickly but not always and raised more queries about Royal Mint than any other company.

	Failed to go from confirmed to payable. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and just thought it was taking longer than it should have done and didn't raise a missing cashback claim. Now went to put in a missing cashback claim as it had been so long and my patience had run out only to be told by Top Cashback that as it was past 100 days then they would not chase the claim. Not impressed by either The Royal Mint or Top Cashback.

	Zero star for the mint. Cashback of 59 pence on a £70 purchase. Very poor, and can't leave a zero star.

	Have rejected cashback for me and 2 of my relatives. This is false advertising, they advertise cashback to lure you in then cancel it. It's happened with all three purchases we made. Don't trust this company to pay cashback.

	Cashback never shows up. Every time I purchase from the Royal Mint the cashback never shows up and I put in a claim to get it. This is getting very tedious and time consuming.

	Cash back missing Every time I buy anything from them the cash back never shows up and I have to put a claim in. I made a purchase recently and again it hasn't shown up so will again have to soon put a claim in . I have to keep my browsing history to show it is due and all of this and claiming is very time consuming.

	Cashback declined, even though I did not return / cancel my order. Also, I did not use coupon / promotional code, etc. Disappointed by royal mint, as I purchased many products from them in the past.

	You have to wait a very longtime for payment to go into your account. One of the payments was a lot lower than the expected from the % offered.

	Diabolical, the Royal Mint website is a total mess and in my opinion is the reason purchases to them are not tracking. Having to give them one star rating when I feel it should be zero but your system will not accept a zero rating nor apparently a one star rating.

	For items that are in a series (e.g. a series of 4 coins) cashback received only on the first in the series, therefore only received 25% of the amount I expected.

	Poor, If you have to make return for peplacement due to poor workmanship which I have had to do on proof coins and sets, forget your cashback. I am in the opinion that they send rejects to the genral puplic as they will be rejected by dealers. My reason being I have had to send so many proof coins back. back

	If I was allowed to give them zero stars I would. I made several legitimate purchases which tracked but all of which were declined by Royal Mint. They declined the claims too. I'm totally disappointed in them.
