	Signed up as it was advertised as unlimited talk unlimited text and unlimited data for 14.99 a month with 3 months at 7.50. Less than 2 weeks after signing up they cap data at 3gb 2nd month charged 8.50 contacted customer service who were useless and refused t accept I'd been overcharged Will take my business elsewhere which is a shame as I liked the idea of charity donation

	The worst network I've ever had. They deactivated my SIM while I was abroad for the 4G switchover and now won't give me the PAC code to transfer my number to the 4G SIM... hours on hold and no one picks up.

	Worst Customer service other than Vodafone I have ever had the misfortune to deal with., and that's not even dealing with their service, which lets face it is on the EE network.

	Worse service I have ever experienced, it's been a week that I have put SIM card on my mobile and waiting for this to work , spoke to them more than 8 times during this time each time they are saying network issue and I have to wait , 8 days today still waiting ,

	Really poor. Would advise against moving to this network. Cashback tracked in June and has been confirmed for 5 months but yet to become payable - can't think of one good thing to say about them.

	Switched my brother over to this when they had the 2 months promotion on. He joined near the end of the month and then tried to charge him full price 5 weeks in. Needless to say I swictched him again and had massive hassle getting refund. Cashback was declined too

	Looks a good deal, but I have a pre-sales query with this merchant and have tried: online/email/phone/Facebook with no response! They did ask me to forward my number through message on Facebook, but then failed to respond to that too! I don't feel I can sign up to a company with such ineffectual customer service -in fact no customer service TopCashback
	My cashback has been stuck at 4 weeks since I first signed up to these. Now its 2 1/2 months later! And I still haven't been paid

	Excellent value for money and good customer service. I'm really impressed with the level of service I have received. Signal strength is good and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Cheap, affordable and quality. Highly recommended.
