I've waited a while to write my review, giving TPO ample time sort out issues as per notes re posting comments, but enough is enough.
No problems with TCB, 5* for TCB, all problems lie with the merchant TPO.
Initially my number did not port on the date promised but, not a big issue, CS resolved it and it went through. Then, about 2 months ago, my service went haywire! Unable to receive any calls or texts and people calling are told my number is not in use! I can still make calls, so the number is not dead, (I can't send texts mind) but what is the use of a number if you can't be contacted on it!
When I finally got through to CS, after days of trying and getting sick of their 'Tetris' music, they said it would be resolved promptly. That was over 5 weeks ago! No contact, no action/update on the service ticket and, most importantly, a number that I have had for well over 10 years is still not working!
Unsurprisingly, I have not recommended TPO to any family or friends and I could not, in good faith, recommend them to any TCB members looking to change their mobile provider.
