TPO is a great MVNO - the signal quality is superb (as you might expect from the network they use being EE). I find the allowances are very good value (£14.99 for ultd mins+text and 3GB of data) and I've had a straightforward experience with them. The online account portal gives unbilled information and is pretty up-to-date, the online cs is very comprehensive and actually resolve queries (not like other providers that will ask you call the helpdesk as the online dept can't help). It's very refreshing to have a service like this - Internet too is very good (I am just waiting for 4G/LTE to be turned on at somepoint; However, I do get good speeds with on 3.5G). Anyone looking for good value, good service and ease of use, I'd recommend TPO.

Seemed to go smoothly - sim arrived quickly & activated no problem. Cashback tracked & confirmed quickly, just waiting for it to go payable. Have to say CS were difficult to get on phone & instant chat very slow (felt like they were chatting to 10 people at the same time). Waiting on number port - 3 working days is too slow.

Cashback tracked quickly and was paid within 4 weeks I would recommend TPO to anybody, despite being a new and relatively unknown company they are excellent. Customer service were very helpfull when setting up my account, they are based in the uk and you can understand every word! Makes a change! The range of packages is good and are very very good value for money, I got the all inclusive package, that's unlimited texts, calls and Internet all for £14.99 a month! Unbelievable, and on top of that 10% of my monthly payment goes to a charity of my choice which is the local hospice that cared for my husband. They use the EE network so coverage is the best in the uk. So if you're looking to change your mobile service provider to one that doesn't rip you off take a look at TPO.

having signed up for the PAYGM contract at the beginning of last month, i'm still waiting for my cashback, whereas some folk have already received theirs...my cashback tracked quickly but as for the service offered, i find my internet cuts out from time to time, so it gets a bit frustrating when you need to access information quickly, calls however are flawless, having had no issues making or receiving them i have noticed a few TCB members mentioning issues with Customer Services, I haven't had the pleasure of contacting them as yet, but have noticed on other websites other people having the same problems not being resolved in a timely manner, but instead of ''having'' to ring them, there is now an 'online chat' option, which should allow them to resolve issues quicker, rather than being stuck on hold for a hour and getting nowhere its worth noting that TPO uses the EE network, should people be concerned about signal coverage in the area

Good customer service and good value .Apart from their name being virtually unknown they use EE network and provided your coverage is good apparently 98% of UK then it is good reception and service. I had to replace my sim that was accidentally damaged after a few months this was done at no charge.Initially going for unlimited data minutes and text.My brother was suggesting thatper month 3gb data limit was not good yet I am yet to convince him to move from Giffgaff.To me that is fine with already an home wifi never need the total amount.

Good but not great. Reliable network but poor customer service. I rang to cancel having seen a better deal from Vectone. They retained me with a promise of one month free but did not apply the credit to my account.

I've waited a while to write my review, giving TPO ample time sort out issues as per notes re posting comments, but enough is enough. No problems with TCB, 5* for TCB, all problems lie with the merchant TPO. Initially my number did not port on the date promised but, not a big issue, CS resolved it and it went through. Then, about 2 months ago, my service went haywire! Unable to receive any calls or texts and people calling are told my number is not in use! I can still make calls, so the number is not dead, (I can't send texts mind) but what is the use of a number if you can't be contacted on it! When I finally got through to CS, after days of trying and getting sick of their 'Tetris' music, they said it would be resolved promptly. That was over 5 weeks ago! No contact, no action/update on the service ticket and, most importantly, a number that I have had for well over 10 years is still not working! Unsurprisingly, I have not recommended TPO to any family or friends and I could not, in good faith, recommend them to any TCB members looking to change their mobile provider.
