Appalling customer services and a nightmare to cancel. Infant, they make it practically impossible to cancel - rip-off merchants. Wouldn't touch with a barge-pole.

Cashback declined less than 2 weeks after purchase. Cashback is supposedly for the £1 three month trial. Paid the £1 due at the outset and haven't even cancelled trial. Very poor.

Customer service is shocking! Make sure if you call you follow everything up by email. Also checck with resturatants they still accept this as I tried to use it and they no longer accept it!

Gourmet will only pay cashback if you don't cancel your membership. would not recommend them as good tcb retaillers

This was probably the quickest cashback I've had, went from purchase, through pending to cash in bank in just a few weeks.
Purchased full membership for £10 cashback claim, don't know how well it works on other claims.
