AVOID! TERRIBLE, NON PAYERS, WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE! Over a year later and I am still waiting for the cashback. I bought a policy directly via TCB, completely straightforward and Tesco still have not paid and TCB are not responding either. No reason whatsoever to fail to honour the cashback.

Avoid at all costs- it took tesco nearly a year to pay the cashback, never again. On the positive the customer services at topcashback couldnt have done more to help.

Tesco have been amazing. I would highly recommend them. No hassle, paid for my old dog , who had gone almost blind with cateracts. They paid for her op and now she can see again and has a very good quality of life. I can not praise them enough. I also got cashback when I took out the policy and now have added my other dog , getting more cashback, which they always pay out and on time. TOP MARKS TESCO and a huge THANK YOU from ROXY and me. : )

Took 6 months to become payable, but it did in the end after a lot of chasing, if you dont mind the wait then you will get what you want!
