I applied and was accepted for a Tesco Foundation card. Unfortunately, although I followed up with a telephone call to Tesco Bank who confirmed I had done so - I was only paid £20.00 cash back as they insisted through logging a missing claim it was a standard card. Gave up in the end but I must admit topcash back tried very hard for me to resolve the issue.

terrible... avoiding to pay the full amount of cashback by saying it wasnt a foundation card that was taken out.even though it says 'foundation'on my email and even tesco themselves stated it was the correct card when asked via their fb chat.

Tesco have held up their end and the money went into my account no problem. Topcashback, however is a different story!! I keep being asked for my bank info, so I can't get my money. The sight WON'T SAVE IT!!!
