While, overall, the Swoon Editions review feedback left by TopCashback members is mixed, some were clearly delighted with their furniture purchase. Covering various topics, some of the comments include “a generous cashback rate and prompt payout”, “good value for money” and “very good service and very careful delivery drivers” In contrast, if you take a look at the Swoon Editions reviews posted on Trustpilot, you’ll find the majority rate them as excellent. One delighted customer said: “I can’t rate Swoon highly enough. We have ordered four pieces from them and the chairs are beautifully made, very pleased.” Some of the other comments include “excellent quality product, great service”, “the best furniture I’ve ever had, more than pleased with what I have received”, “fantastic company from start to finish. Lost almost £10 cashback from Swoon and subsequently a £2.50 Cash Back promotion from TopCashBack! Somewhat unfair as i now have a useless and damaged Chest Of Drawers that needs to be replaced! It just gets better and better with this retailer! Poor at best!

Cashback declined the day after making an online purchase, without a valid reason - no discount voucher used, order placed online (not phone), order not cancelled, new customer placing first order. And unable to lodge a 'claim' as Topcashback state the following 'Unfortunately we aren't able to look into missing cashback claims for this retailer'.

Declined a tracked cashback for no obvious reason (no vouchers or coupons etc) and no appeals either. Also, the expensive TV unit is poorly made and the wood is changing colour.
