Made booking correctly with no vouchers etc, tracked ok, but as two transactions rather than one (ie both pick up and drop off) still with the 10% offered, which seemed ok till a few weeks later when they were both reduced to £0 and then flagged as complete ! - Really annoying as have used this company before and they are reliable and efficient - unlike the system that pays cashback - still have 3-4 weeks to go before we go on the trip so tempted to cancel the transfers and book elsewhere. This sort of thing is infuriating and seems to happen more frequently on topcashback these days.

I was left at the airport at 10pm as the driver said he has been waiting too long. Note that I was not even notified of it and only knew about it when I called customer service to locate the driver. When I submitted my complain as I have been promised that my cab fare will be compensated, it took them more than 10 days to investigate it and I still have not receive any compensation since then. Very disappointing service.
