No response to the untracked cashback claim from last month and now a second untracked transaction this month. I won't be making a third transaction via TopCashback unless these anomalies are resolved satisfactorily.

Jury still out. Cashback failed to track and must now await the results of a manual claim. Suspicious that vendor will cite 0% Finance or Price Match as reasons to decline, despite neither being flagged as exclusions. I will update comments pending outcome.

I've placed 2 orders from 2 different places and neither have tracked so had to complete manual claims on both. so far nothing on the first one in over a month. I thought the first time I was just unlucky but for it to happen twice. its over £60 cashback missing as well.
