Paid quickly but I was given the wrong key features document so was not aware of the 5% fee taken every time you pay money in so have stopped the investment

Tracked ok. Paid out as soon as I had made the required pay in. Was advertised on Topcashback that there was to be a £25 voucher paid as well. This was refused by Scottish Friendly as I csme through cashback site.

Received payout late. Even though it states it is not paid by Scottish friendly but TopCashback, when I contacted tcb they said it was actually Scottish friendly. When I replied and said they were wrong, they ignored my comment.

I signed up for this at the end of December and my cashback is now payable - so it has all gone through smoothly for me - just as advertised ( after 2-3 direct debits). Also received £20 in vouchers from the Company which I was not even aware I would get.
