Always decline cashback
I do love the RSPB, great organisation, but there's no point them being on this site as all the times I've bought from them via TopCashback they have declined it, every time.

Spent a lot of money , but they denied my cash back
This is the 2 nd or third time I brought from here , y last shop was very expensive well over £130 , on a stock up etc, and was offer cash back of 91 p which shocked me but then just now I found it was declined unbelievable really disappointed by this .

Disappointing!
My cashback was denied as they claimed I had used a voucher code. I most certainly had not, I had also made a £10 donation to them! TopCashback customer service kindly paid it, but really it should be RSPB that honour the cashback. Not impressed.

Check which vendor takes your payment
Be careful what you buy. Not all products are sold through the RSPB shop platform despite the logo plastered everywhere - third party seller purchases aren’t eligible for cash-back!

Declined cashback
This merchant declined my cashback claim even though I had met all criteria. TopCashback kindly paid the cashback into my account, rather than going back to the retailer.
