Always annoys me when you spend 10 minutes answering all the questions and it says 'unable to quote online, please phone' when mine is a very straightforward renewal. Lost any chance of my buisness if they can't sort out their online system.

Took out a home insurance policy in May. Still waiting for cash back. TopCashBack Customer Services appear unable to help, just telling me to wait. Not that long now till the policy expires. I won't be going with RIAS again.

Very poor. I took out a policy on 10 April costing over £200. promised £60 cashback. Was paid only one penny! The policy was paid in full, is in force, and has not been cancelled. I was "done" either by RIAS or TopCashBack. Caveat emptor

I have used this service for the first time and was subject to £60 cashback which is showing as £55 instead. Very slow process to get cashback over 3 months it can take and customer service to enquire regarding cashback painfully slow. Not impressed. Still waiting on getting my cashback.
