Claim tracked as pending until after hotel stay and then cancelled. As the booking was made more than 100 days before the cancellation, I cannot launch a customer services request. Very poor - AVOID.

Same experience as other reviews I'm afraid. Booked hotel in mid 2014 and still showing as pending! Clearly never going to be paid so may as well be declined or will it stay there in limbo for ever? Can only assume Radisson are doing so well at the moment that they are happy to treat their customers with disdain. Happy to accuse them of fraud or serious incompetence (if they are not happy with this accusation then please put your money where your mouth is...) as its quite obvious.

I have booked Radisson stays several times this year using Topcashback and none has been paid at the advertised rate without intervention, if at all. I have spent hours on this and Topcashback have been of no help. Avoid like the plague!

I used to stay at Radisson hotels on a regular basis and was pleased to see it come up here offering cashback. However, due to the dreadful cashback experiences, I have stopped staying at Radisson hotels. I have wasted many hours chasing and reconciling my cashback and have no interest in doing so again.

Booked 5 rooms, said cash back would be paid after stay had been completed, however it didn't register and as our stay was booked in May 2011 for August 2011 when I came to query non tracking I was unable to as more than 100 days ago when I made the booking. VERY disappointing.
