For the small purchase I made, excellent service. Ordered Sunday night/Monday morning & the goods arrived on the Wednesday! Good communication, confirming the order and when goods had been dispatched. To top it all, it was the cheapest price by about 30%. So, I know I'll be happy to use them again if they're always this good.

This is the second time that I have had to wait over cashback to Powerplay Direct. I am currently waiting for a transaction before xmas 2009 to track, even though I have provided the full information of the transaction months ago. BEWARE that Powerplay Direct may not pay.

unfortunately the package arrived later than anticipated, however the order was during some of the worst weather experienced in the UK so would probably use again the competition is tough from the more experienced "play.com"
