	Scam and TCB is allowing it to happen. Never pays out any cashback. Ive had pending cashback since 2020 and its just gone to decline. Read the other comments, always declining cashback.

	Always Declined Even With Proof This merchant stays at pending then declines every time. I no longer order via topcashback. I like pizza from Pizza Hut but there's something very wrong with their cashback experience.

	Cashback always declined Whenever we order something through our cashback is always declined. We get same things all the time an pay card so no clue why is that as there are no exclusions.
