This transaction was a purchase for Christmas. I cannot fault the goods as they arrived quickly and well packaged, it is the cashback aspect which is less than ok. Finally tracked and became payable in approx February - still waiting for them to make the payment at this current time!

I ordered my item as a christmas present, it never arrived. I have emailed this retailer 4 times and sat holding on their phone system twice and the call has not been answered. I received my top cash back but that's all!

Absolutely dreadful retailer. They don't honour deals and wriggle out of their mistakes. Cashback tracked OK but wouldn't trust them to actually pay out. Will never use again and would suggest steer well clear.
