	From good to BAD: (their) courier LOST a parcel; now I have to pay to get it back, and do all the work: pitiful LACK of cusomer servce; Third time this has happened: courier says ONLY contcat is Via ParcelHero, so a lost cause: will NOT use ever again TopCashback
	NEVER book with them!!! Took money, did not generate label and cannot cancel shipment as apparently some type of draft shipment and asking to process something again. Raised case on Payapl about them stealing money and not providing services

	Worst company I have ever dealt with they take your money don’t collect the parcel then refuse to refund. You can cancel the collection they say but it will cost you so throwing good money after bad

	Parcel Hero lost my parcel in flood damage in Ireland and then refused to process my £50 claim because I did not have any receipts for Christmas gifts in parcel for elderly relative.
