While there might only have been a few at the time of writing, the OnBuy reviews on our site were all very positive. Feedback from members who had shopped with them through us included “top merchant, always pays”, “great — pays out quickly and tracks correctly” and “very good, easy to deal with”.

There is also plenty of very good OnBuy review feedback on Trustpilot, with the vast majority of people to have left a comment rating them as excellent. One delighted shopper said: “I would definitely order from OnBuy.com again. The price of the product was almost £10 cheaper than anywhere else I’d searched and it arrived within the time frame stated.”

I ordered 2 items on the same day as a brand new customer totalling £554.58 and was expecting 13% (£72) as shown on Topcashack. I got £22.18. I'm not sure how they work out that 13% of £554 comes to £22. VERY disappointing

Amazingly quick delivery and ease of purchase from OnBuy but cashback has not tracked. Based on previous purchases cashback has taken 4 months to track so not sure how long this transaction will take

Been 4 months since purchase, claim still outstanding but no response from OnBuy, goods were very slow to ship also so poor experience all round.
