False promises - do not use!
For 2 years in a row I went through the normal system and was meant to get 60% back - did not use any vouchers or do anything that didn't meet their terms and conditions.
After 2 months it came back saying I had used voucher. Unfortunately TopCashback can't do anything when their partners say something. Therefore I would suggest to avoid this company at all cost and use a different security/virus software.

Did not honor cashback deal
Declined cashback 6 moths after point of sale and numerous chasing, would have cancelled and chosen a different retailer for the purchase had this been resolved earlier.
