Really poor. Booked in November 2015 and didn't track. Managed to get it onto my cashback account in December 2015. Took holiday in June 2016, and now in September 2016 still waiting on cashback. Very poor.

Beware, they didn't pay my cashback, and gave no reason. As far as I can tell I did everything right. I wouldn't have booked with them if it wasn't for the cashback incentive - lesson learned by me.

Wow, ultra fast 2hr tracking and although I only paid the deposit the entire holiday amount has been used for the calculation. Hopefully this stays put once I pay the balance. 5/5 so far.
