Great cashback offered on products, however, very poor customer sercvice & delivery. Ordered 23/11 and was advised that it was 7-10 days delivery. It's now been 16 days and they haven't responded to the 2 e-mails i sent them chasing up eczema cream that was ordered for a client who has now ran out in the meantime. No telephone number on their website to contact either. Shame

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
After placing my order I found some reviews on Natural Elements which were negative so I was rather apprehensive. The acknowledgment email said the items would probably take 7-10 days. I ordered on 2 September and emailed to ask where my item was on 13 September and was told it would be out that week. I had received nothing by the Satursday so contacted them again and was told my order would be posted that day. On Monday 19 September only one item arrived. I emailed again and was told the other item would be sent out. I received nothing and on Thursday emailed again. I am at present in the process of getting a refund though my credit card company.
PLEASE AVOID - YOU CAN GET THE ITEMS THROUGH OTHER SUPPLIERS - SO TRY ONE OF THESE!! THEY CAN'T BE ANY WORSE.
