Don't pay the advertised rates. Offering 20% for new customers, but won't pay out because I used a code advertised on the site. T&C don't say this, but they aren't even offering the non-voucher amount, just declined the whole transaction. Only buy from them if you know what the terms are and you know what you're likely to get - ie not much. Better off waiting for an increased rate at Holland & Barrett, as at least they give cashback on the penny sale transactions.
