I Have been waiting since Dec 2011 for cashback on this service... It's now August 2012 and still nothing... I won't be using this service again that's for sure!

Cashback tracked very quickly & product received was good quality!I bought it with a voucher from Groupola so got it dirt cheap! Probably wouldn't purchase at full price though!

I have been really impressed with the quality of the books I have ordered from myphotobook and have no complaints about the service. However I have used this site many times and while the level of cash back is very generous I have had to put in a missing cashback claim on every occasion. I always get it in the end but it is frustrating that it never happens automatically

I waited and waited, put manual claims in etc ... but the cash never arrived! - Don't count on it when making a decision!

have been waiting for cashback for nearly 6 months for one transaction and 3 months for another
Two transactions did not track and site says 0% manual claims complete.
I would use and alternative photo book supplier next time - don't be seduced by the big cashback percentage.
