Love the clothing, something a little different!
I always return to this store when i'd like something a little different. Tends to be the first place i visit now to be honest and their sale periods are amazing value! Cashback tracked straight away and i was paid within the timeframe stated. Shame about all the negative reviews for this brand as most the negativity comes from the cashback not being tracked rather than the actual product. T&C's are clear and state that when coupons are used, cashback wont be paid.

Cashback declined for no reason
Made two purchases from Joe Browns directly through the Top cashback link and both were declined. I was informed that it was because I didn't purchase directly through Top cashback. There seems to be numerous reviews for this retailer stating similar issues.

Cash back declined on valid purchase
Bought full price item off the website, paid in full and have the item (not returned) cash back declined for completely legitimate purchase in accordance with their T&C. Seems to be a common occurrence from the reviews.

Love the products but cash back not so smooth
I love Joe Browns and have been a customer for many years. Imagine my delight when I found them on Top Cashback site! Cashback, although eventually awarded. Certainly not the one day purported. Sadly, I have had to report missing cashback after 7 days several times. Hope it gets better. I buy from Joe Browns regularly. They are popular and don't offer free postage often, so cashback eases the pain - lol! I hope the process becomes much more automatic/smoother than my experience so far.
