Failed Cashback
The Cashback failed to track, and after submitting a claim, unfortunately, the retailer has not acknowledged this cashback claim.
After reading some reviews, it sounds like something similar has happened to others.

Dishonest retailer
Purchased a £3499 lens and they claim it wasn't made through topcashback despite it being logged in the system. Clearly no intention of paying out wont purchase from them again.

They decline cashback - I will just go to another store to buy camera stuff
This store does not give cashback despite it being clear. Stop wasting your time, go to another store. I purchased a camera for over £2000, and despite it being in the promotion, I got no cashback. This store is a joke.
