Should be removed from Tsb. Didn't track and reading these reviews, is never going to. I use the tab app normally which doesn't show reviews. Bad move.

3 orders didn't track for me either. However one for 56p has been paid a few months after raising a query with TCB. Its really not worth the effort though....... :(

I've ordered twice from this company and neither order tracked. I submitted a claim for the missing cashback in February of this year but still no joy (it's still showing as 'waiting for retailer'). Looking at the fact that there are no positive reviews for this merchant's tracking, it seems fairly pointless having them on TCB in my opinion.
