	Too Slow Cashback has tracked and reached confirmed status for over six months and still no payout!

	3 claims lodged - 2 declined so far Have spent over £150.00 ion 3 recent occasions. Two transactions declined so far with no explanation. I suspect the third will also be declined. Very disappointing and seems unfair.

	Do not buy from this online retailer Ordered iPad in November delivered a smaller GB size. Tried to exchange.Ordered special offer on Black Friday didn’t get an exchange ( made out I had ordered the smaller version ( have screenshots to prove otherwise. Waited 2 months before I got my money back. BE AWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO PHONE NUMBER!! And no service!

	Declines cashback for no reason I ordered from house of fraser and sportsdirect (both under the same ownership????) about a week apart.... both were declined. Bit strange. All other orders I placed around the same time with different companies tracked no problem. If a company isn't going to honour it's cashback promises then topcashback.co.uk needs to cancel it's membership to the site.

	Very disappointing I ordered a cricket bat as a new customer which it turned out they didn't have. Rather than call me to ask if I'd like an alternative they cancelled the order. So I ordered a different one the same day. They tracked this as my 2nd order so I received around 10 pound less cashback. I have raised a claim that has been ignored and the cashback paid at a lower rate. I won't be using again unless this is rectified. Thank you

	Avoid this retailer & don't expect cashback I've been on this site for 8 years and this retailer jumps through windows by appointing different affiliate networks, to avoid paying cashback. It's quite disgraceful and virtually a scam. So if you see the same item on a different site paying the same or less cashback, better to go through them and actually receive something. They do not accept claims so you won't get anything! Be warned...

	Declined Initially House of Fraser declined my cashback however after opening a case i eventually received the cash back I should have received. So not the best experience but we go there in the end.

	Where is my order from the 17th with next day delivery? If you can’t provide a delivery date and a sensible refund for the terrible service, please cancel and refund plus compensation and I’ll buy from a trustworthy brand. And why haven’t you answered my emails? Rude.

	I don't know what is going on, but the cashback never gets tracked on house of frasers. I stopped twice this week from here and it didn't track. It works fine on other websites.
