After 3 months I am still waiting for the cashback for a dual fuel contract taken though them. This is very slow and I still don't know if I will actually be paid the cashback.

Over five months since purchase, and even though cashback is marked confirmed, still no payout. So if you want a swift payout, I do not recommend this merchant.
