Retailer rejected my claim, the hoover was on offer but not using a code. They dont mention you won't receive cashback when on sale, misleading!

claim tracked but was rejected. Presumably because there was an offer on the vacuum cleaner. However, the vacuum cleaners are always on offer so, not sure if this is a worthwhile click.

Terrible
The washing machine broke after 2 weeks, they messed me around with cancelling the original engineer that was supposed to fix it and made me wait over a week to send another, to top it all off they declined my cashback. Absolutely atrocious company, will definitely never use them again.
