They put a really short time limit on you shopping which for a serious crafterlike me is ridiculous as I like to view everythig, so you have to order before time is up and when you order again you do't get the discount even though you spend a fortune. So wrong. Needs addressing

Extremely unhelpful customer service. Purchased a Gemini which wouldn't work straight out of the box. I now have to return the machine before they will consider my replacement. Paid extra to have it delivered quickly and will now have to wait another week.

Hochanda do not always pay cashback when its stated they should, I have to put a claim in which is making me think I won't order from them anymore
