I'm being charged £5 when making a payout. Why is this?

Being a Plus Member means we’ll deduct £5 for every 12 months you’re a plus member. This is taken from your available cashback when you request a payout.

After that, your payouts will continue as normal for the rest of the year, with no further cashback taken.

You can see a breakdown of your membership payments here.

If you don’t make any payouts during the year, the £5 will be taken the next time you payout, which means if you’ve not paid out cashback for some time you may have multiple years of membership taken at the same time.
