Claim from 12 months ago still not paid
Booked a holiday last year and can see the amount on my account but not paid out- assumed cashback would pay out when I’d paid for the trip (Jan 2025). It hasn’t and now I cannot lodge a missing cashback claim because it’s over 100 days old!
