DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. They lost cars and keys. Left keys on the back of cars for the duration of the stay. Lied to people. Unresponsive when calling. Told me my car wasn’t there, the system had broken but they were finding it elsewhere and I then found it myself in a muddy field with a man nearly losing the wheels in the mud down a ditch. Many other customers at the same time with lost cars and lost keys. Unbelievable. Had to the phone the police in the end.

TAP Damaged my car
We left our car for two weeks and on return they had damaged the wheel arch, they advised they would email me the following day to address, they didn't, I repeatedly emailed and called with no response. They also delivered the car 30 minutes late and took 20 minutes to get to T2. TAP please contact me to address my issues CME!

Horrible compnay
Avoid at any cost.
We booked the service early in the morning and guy didn’t pick up the call for 1hr. We missed our flight. Even we called 3 times before reaching there.
On the top when we call and text on given number to inform our landing NO OnE pick up the call for 3 hr. WE END SEEPING ON AIRPORT FLOOR WITH LITTLE BOYS.
it took them to deliver our car around 9 am. The guy were saying same thing that they don’t have driver to deliver our car. Even we pay premium meet and greet product.
Absolutely f¥¥king idiots in this business.
Would not recommend to anyone in this world.
Don’t spoil your holiday with this company.
