Don't bother
I wish that I had read the previous reviews before buying from this retailer. After weeks of waiting I have received the reply that the “order was cancelled, returned or refunded”'. Strange that I've been wearing the purchased Berghaus jacket since it was delivered.

Poor Payers
I have made several, quite high value purchases with this retailer and all but 2 have been declined. No reason given, items were not returned, reason given is “declined by retailer” - no full explanation why. Doesn’t seem much point in using TCB if purchasing from them. Disappointed.

Wouldn't use again
Cashback initially tracked at £37 then suddenly dropped to a few pence. As it was beyond TCB's 100 days deadline I couldn't log a claim. The money was ready to pay out within a few days. The bike was still a good price but it just reinforces the message don't base buying decisions on cashback.

I have never managed to get cashback from this site. May be user error, but after many years on TCB and over £4000 saved I don't think so.

My click and collect order was split due to incorrect website. As the order wasn't "completed" Cashback was rejected. Good enough, when I provided the details it was paid. Had bad experiences with other retailers when this has happened so full marks to GO Outdoors.

Only get cashback sometimes. On Click and collect items, they need to process correctly, my cashback has sometimes been cancelled as they believe I havent collected.
