Always seem to have to chase them
I've actually lost cashback by trusting the company to send rewards when they are due. Sadly, Gant appear to be less than honest or capable of awarding points as efficiently as other retailers.
One has to ask the question, why?

They didn't pay - then they just decided to abandon TCB altogether
Such a shame, as I really enjoyed the purchases themselves. But this pessimistic scamming of customers is not on.
