This did not track despite me meeting the wagering requirements and the claim was ignored. AVOID! it is also impossible to win anything as there are a lot of people in each bingo room

As other people on here have stated, I paid my fee and played as per the terms and conditions and I still haven't received the £40 cashback I'm owed.
Absolutely would NOT recommend using Gala, they should be done under trade descriptions.

Eventually the cash back was declined, Gala claimed some other cookie got associated. I only remember problems with their site trying to force me to use their app. TCB acted on each of the nudges, thanks, but to no avail. Silver lining is I won £50 to make up for the £40 cash back I feel I should have had. Will get the next decent cash back!

After waiting and nudging since March this year Gala decided I did not meet the requirements - lolwut? How can you go wrong with paying in £10 and spending it straight away playing bingo???? Avoid - unless you want to wait months just to be told tough.

Top Cashback hands are probably tied due to the slow response of Gala. It was June when I took up the offer, met the terms and conditions, but still not tracked and unlikely to see the cash back. Other bingo sites have tracked immediately and paid within reasonable timescales, so I would not recommend Gala for cashback offers.

I had to wait over a month for the cashback to appear as tracked so sent a request to topcashback missing claims team and within a week the cashback was in my confirmed section.
Other than that little minor incendent Gala bingo was great as others have said you get a bonus £20 to spend after you have used your £10 deposit and I did win not alot just over £150 but that with the cashback on offer equals just less than £200 for about 2-3 hours of bingo fun

Been more than a week but transaction hasn't been tracked. Atleast won 4.90 on top of my deposit of £10. So, am glad I haven't lost anything but don't be sure of your transaction being tracked. Well, at least mine wasn't.

Amazing, Brilliant.. After joining and depositing £10, I played for a while before being credited with another £20 into my Gala 'Bonus Funds'. You cant withdraw this, but can use it to play before using up your £10 deposit, and any winnings you get to keep!! My £40 cashback came within 48 hrs, and I also won £15 through playing - easy money - thanks Gala!!
