Payable in just 23 days the best bingo site out there by a long way think I trebled my £10 deposit my friend did even better than me he took £144 from his £10 plus his £36 cashback on top.

Excellent Site. Cashback exactly as promised within 6 weeks, unlike so many other of the gambling websites. I registered, played through ( wasn't totally sure what I was doing), lost my bet and was paid cashback as promised. This is not typical I have found with similar gambling merchants

Very very poor from Gala, followed T&C's very closely to meet the criteria. Cashback did not track and then was declined.Complete Rubbish, I won't be using the Bingo Site again either, my advice is to stay away.

Tracked quickly, became payable 4 days after the 6 weeks estimated time. Bingo sites fine, won enough to make back my £10 but not much more. My mum also used the service and put some details in incorrectly on sign up which caused a problem verifing her account. Both gala and tcb were really helpful in helping her to sort it and confirming whether or not she would still recieve the cashback.

Didn't track and when I chased it up they basically said I hadn't gone through tcb, clearly I've no way of proving that I did, what a convienient way of getting out of paying the money! If your not going to pay the money out you shouldn't be on tcb! Will use a different company to play bingo with being as you don't honour what you offer!

Unlike others I am not impressed with Gala firstly I do not get the bonus they offer for registering and depositing £10 then they refuse to pay cashback stating "didn't follow T+Cs. Strange as I followed them to the letter!!

Incorrectly entered my date of birth which caused a problem with verifing my account, gala bingo sorted this easily for me and their customer service was really good. Checked with tcb if this would effect the cashback as some of it was done over the phone, they responded quickly telling me it wouldnt be a problem. Took a few days for the cashback to appear but changed to confirmed within a day. Spent £10, won £40 and £35 cashback so i'll be £60 up when (if) the cashback clears, i'll update then.

My cashback tracked but was rejected several months later on the grounds I didn't meet terms and conditions, which of course for the £20 I would have ensured I did. Got my own back recently on a visit to one of their bingo hall, shoved 8 pound of cement down the toilet so they have to spend my £20 on a plumber to sort it out.Its all about what you can spend for companies like this and nothing about what they can do for you.

Never tracked, claim raised, rejected as I did not "meet terms and conditions set by merchant" although I did exactly what was asked.
No recourse, might try small claims court!

Followed all the steps and met the requirements for the cash back only to find out there was some reason why it declined the cash back, Topcashback couldn't give me the reason, waste of time and money. AVOID
