Pay for next-day delivery - nothing arrives. Several weeks of phone messages and emails later, they admit it's got lost in post and try to get me to buy something more expensive. Substitute item eventually arrives, won't work with standard video software. Eventually get to see videos but sound quality appaling. Including the one of their staff messing about with it prior to despatch.
