	Disgruntled Have used them for years and now even slower at paying out, mostly declined and it is for a very small amount, so probabaly not going bother trying in future.

	Met criteria but cashback declined Shopped as normal through topcashback and the cashback tracked for a start then after a few days it was declined. Opened a case review and was told the criteria had not been met. It was a first-time purchase and minimum spend both of which i fulfilled still no cashback. Stuff arrived and it was rubbish quality. Never sent back as that would cost me more than the actual stuff. Pure waste of time and money
