	Over 10 months now and still nothing - not even acknowledgement from TCB. Surely they cant still be advertising this one as £45 cashback when no on actually gets it!?!?

	£45 cash back sounds great! But that's where the good news ends. This never tracked for me. After 6 months of "nudging" I get a generic email saying they won't pay. Don't understand why as I could prove a click through from TCB and I had bet the require ammount. AVOID THEM THEY DON'T PAY UP. Unfortunately when rating them I couldn't give them less than 1 star

	Used back in Feb, no tracking, submitted a missing cashback claim, have sent numerous nudges since, no change in status from "Waiting for Retailer" do not use!

	still waiting for any acknowledgement 9 months later. been nudging and chasing it. Given there's an actual account sign up and a traceable transaction is frustrating that doesn't get honoured as most be easiest cases to prove. Given how many people seem to have the same trouble would avoid this company and TCB ought to consider striking them from the list rather than continuing to quote £45 for transactions

	Cashback did not show automaticly for this retailer, and had to chase for it to do so, then very slow progress through the system with repeated chases to the payment. I am sure that it will eventually arrive, but be preppared for a long wait!

	Avoid. Did not track, and then my claim was declined. They said I accessed the site though another channel, not via TCB, which is untrue. Very disappointing. Avoid.

	Cashback tracked and money paid out with no worries. Took a long time to do but got the full cashback amount which was more than i had to bet on the site A+++

	Terrible experience, highly unreliable. Could not get cash back as they promised. I was told I should clear browser cookies and I must have visited a different site. Claim unsuccessful. Wouldn't recommend

	Warning don't ever use this merchant. I never got cash back even after filing claim. They blamed me for not clearing cookies. Top cash backs standards are falling and the merchants which are betting category rarely payout.

	complete con, apparently my claim was tracked through another agent, Eurogrand admitted my claim was tracked through topcashback (I still have the email) but still refuse to pay. Why do topcashback keep them on the site when they are ripping so many people off?!?!

	Another mug conned (ME) I followed instruction to the letter, and still refused cashback. How many people are conned and taken for a ride by casino cashback offers. This is my second casino refusal and someone somewhere is making a fortune out of these faulse cashback deals. STAY CLEAR IF YOU CAN, THEY'LL GET YOU SOONER OR LATER

	I was concerned having read the feedback on this merchant. My transaction did not track automatically & I had to raise a manual request. TopCashback were on the case swiftly and in less than two months from my original transaction, I have been paid!

	Four words: Read the small print. This is a con. You have to wager your deposit TWELVE TIMES to qualify for the £50 cashback. You stand to lose more than you gain on this one.

I HAVE LOST £60 IN CASHBACK SIMPLY BECAUSE EUROGRAND DONT WANT TO PAY OUT I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CONNED!- I HAVE ONLY EVER USED TOPCASHBACK LINKS TO EUROGRAND AND NOT USED ANY PROMO CODE FOR THE PURCHASE DO NOT TRUST EUROGRAND TO PAY THE CASHBACK AVOID! 	Do not touch this merchant. Still trying to get my cashback from 19th June 2011. They have declined my claim to topcash with no reasoning,I have also contacted them personally and according to them they do not do these offers, where as you can see is absolute rubbish as the offer is still standing now. They are trying to say I need to contact whoever has made this offer, erm Who is that then?

	Keep clear of this merchant! Cashback did not track then it took them over a year to respond. A very bad site and poor gaming experience (SLOW & UNUSABLE!!) USE AT OWN RISK

	In 2 years and over 70 cashback transactions on 2 sites, this and the one beginning with q, this is the only transaction I've ever had declined, despite doing it exactly as with the the other 70-odd. After 7 months, nudges, one refusal to pay then an appeal (the appeal finally admitting they could trace the transaction but could not link it to topcashback lol...) I have closed my claim, missing out on 60 pounds. Look at the stats - this place has the worst tracking and payment percentage of any retailer and a massive amount of claims, half of which don't payout. AVOID THIS RETAILER! SCAM.
